We work in Ras Al Khaimah and nowhere else. The developer approvals, the community rules and the contractors who turn up are all local knowledge, and none of it transfers from Dubai.
Our office is in Al Nakheel. Every viewing, handover and inspection is done by our own people, not passed to a partner agency in another emirate.
Service charges, rents, occupancy and yields come with where they came from and the month they were checked. Where we are estimating, we say so.
Buy the unit, furnish it, licence it and let it without handing the job to four different companies who blame each other.
