This notice explains what WayHome Real Estate FZ-LLC does with personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
- What you type into a form on this site: your name, phone number, email address, the property or service you asked about and anything in the message box.
- The page you sent the enquiry from, and the campaign values in the link you arrived on, so we know which part of the site is useful.
- A hashed form of your network address, kept only to stop automated submissions. The address itself is never stored.
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, to arrange viewings, to send you properties that match what you asked for, and to keep a record of what was agreed. We do not sell personal information to anyone.
Who sees it
Our own staff, and the service providers who run our email and our website. Where a purchase, tenancy or permit requires it, information is shared with the developer, the community management company or the relevant government body.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for three years from the last contact. Records relating to a completed transaction are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email the address in the footer of this page and we will answer within thirty days. Marketing emails carry an unsubscribe link in every message.
