WayHome Real Estate FZ-LLC works in one emirate. We sell and let homes across Ras Al Khaimah, run holiday homes for owners, manage long lets for landlords and fit out properties for people who have just collected keys.
WayHome Real Estate FZ-LLC has held its RAKEZ licence since February 2025 and works only in Ras Al Khaimah. That matters less as a slogan than as a practical thing: the developer approvals, the community rules, the reliable contractors and the tourism authority process are all local knowledge, and none of it transfers from Dubai.
What we do
- Sales. Freehold apartments, villas and townhouses in Al Hamra Village, Al Marjan Island, Mina Al Arab and the rest of the emirate, ready and off-plan.
- Lettings. Long lets for tenants and landlords, including the tenancy registration that Etihad Water and Electricity needs before it will turn the power on.
- Holiday homes. Full short-let management for owners, from the tourism authority permit to the monthly statement, for 20 per cent of rental revenue.
- Property management. Tenant finding, rent collection, maintenance and renewals for landlords who do not live here.
- Fit-out and furnishing. Turnkey fit-out for new handovers, furnishing packages for holiday lets, and renovation of the older villas in Al Hamra Village.
- Relocation support. Area advice, viewings, paperwork, utilities and schools for people moving to Ras Al Khaimah.
How we work
- One emirate. We do not cover Dubai or anywhere else. Everything we know is about this market.
- Facts before opinions. Service charges, drive times, community rules and what a unit actually rents for, in writing, before you decide.
- Two or three options, not forty. Tell us the budget and how you plan to use the place and we will send what fits, and say which communities to avoid.
- We say when the answer is no. If a building will not allow short letting, or a renovation will not pay for itself, we say so before you commit.
- One team, start to finish. The person who shows you the property is the person who answers the phone six months later.
Licence and office
WayHome Real Estate FZ-LLC is licensed in the RAKEZ Business Zones at Al Nakheel. The licence number is shown in the footer of every page on this site and on every document we issue.
The office is in Al Nakheel, ten minutes from the city centre and about forty five minutes from Dubai International Airport in normal traffic. Visitors are welcome, though a call first means somebody is there to meet you.
